Shakti Yoga and Massage is a one room studio located inside the Hide House Creative building in Bayview, Milwaukee. We offer massage therapy, reiki healing and yoga instruction. Shakti Yoga and Massage believes in taking a holistic approach to healing. Our goal is to promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy. We strive to align the body, physically and energetically.​ At Shakti, we aim to rejuvenate our clients, leaving them with a greater sense of energy and well being. The Sanskrit word Shakti represents energy, ability, effort, power, creativity and capability. Shakti is used to describe the dynamic forces that move through the universe, including divine feminine energy.
