CANCELLATION POLICIES

For all massage, body treatment and private yoga appointments...

No call/no shows and cancellations made within 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged 50% of the price of the service.

LATE ARRIVALS...
Arriving late to your appointment may result in your session time being shortened. Since we have multiple sessions per evening, we may not always be available to extend your appointment. If schedules are flexible that day, the full time may be given at our discretion.
