Jessy's massage style has been described as flowing and therapeutic. Firm pressure, yet relaxing. Her sessions are a combination of multiple modalities such as deep tissue, relaxation, reiki, thai massage and stretching techniques. The pressure and focus of all massage treatments will be customized to meet your needs. Reiki energy healing and or cupping therapy can be added to any massage service at no extra cost. MYOFASCIAL CUPPING MASSGE
60 min - $85

Cupping is a connective tissue therapy that incourages healing by creating a suction on the skin using plastic cups. The negative pressure helps to decompress the area by lifting up on the underlying tissue and fascia. Benefits include local pain relief and muscle relaxation. Cupping can be used to clear energetic blockages within the body as well as increase blood flow to a particular muscle region.
CHAKRA BALANCINGÂ MASSAGE

A relaxing 50, 65 or 80 minute massage followed by 10 minutes of reiki. A crystal pendulum will be used to evaluate each chakra. Reiki will be used to open and balance any blockages. Reiki is an ancient form of energy work originating in Japan. It is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
PRENATAL MASSAGE

As a mother of two, Jessy fully understands how truly uncomfortable the pregnancy experience can be. Prenatal massage is done with the client in a side lying position. The treatment will address the many aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Benefits include reduced swelling, improved sleep, preparing your body for birth and natural pain relief.
REIKI HEALING

Reiki is a from of energy work. The client remains fully clothed. Light touch will be used to open up the energy channels within the body. Reiki works with the energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to the client. Reiki helps activate each cleint's natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. Reiki is known to be a very balancing and relaxing experience.

PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION
60 min- $50
This is a one on one yoga lesson with an experienced yoga instructor. The session will be customized, depending on your goals. This is a great opportunity to refine your alignment during the practice. Hands on assists may be offered to deepen your energetic connection to the postures.
COUPLES PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION
$75
This service is for couples, friends or family members. Whatever the relationship, this is a private yoga class for two individuals. Private yoga instruction can deepen your yoga practice or help you establish a new practice. It could also be a fun date night idea!
PRIVATE RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH REIKI AND MASSAGE
A private restorative yoga session, with therapeutic touch, massage therapy, reiki energy healing, aromatherapy and sound healing. Restorative yoga is a passive form of yoga. It includes holding seated or reclined poses for 5-10 minutes each. During these holds, your body will be supported by various yoga props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets. You will be offered physical touch in the form of reiki or massage during each pose, allowing your nervous system to calm, and healing to begin.
