In 2013, Jessy completed her first 200hr Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher training with Yoga One Studio, in Cedarburg Wisconsin. In 2015, she graduated from the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee for Massage Therapy. In 2017, she also completed a 400hr Yoga teacher training with Swan River Yoga in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jessy has a total of 600 hours in yoga teacher training. She is a certified Reiki Master. She also holds additional certifications in Myofascial Release, Cupping Therapy and Prenatal Massage. As a healing arts practitioner, Jessy enjoys bridging the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere for her clients. She is always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into her practice. Jessy believes that continued education is vital for any skilled trade.
